What's next?

After you submit an order for the Online Pack, J&S Design will make contact via email response within 1-2 business days. If we have any additional questions to clarify your brief we will contact you via phone or email. You will also be sent an invoice for your 40% design deposit, and once the deposit is paid, we will create design proofs according to the design brief. Time wise, once the design deposit is paid, the Online Pack will take 4-6 weeks to complete, subject to our workload. If you are in a hurry please let us know in the 'Other Notes' section of the order form and we will always do our best to be accommodating to your needs.
